2021-05-24 14:23:15

Unsurprisingly, the demand for Pol'and'Rock Festival entry passes surpassed our expectations! The sale of the first batch of festival entry passes has been launched earlier today. In order to buy passes for the festival, citizens of Poland are required to provide us with their personal identification numbers. For those of you, who do not have personal identification numbers we have prepared a special e-mail address, where you can order festival entry passes individually. Please send an email to zamó[email protected] to reserve festival entry passes.

Audience
  • Is Pol'and'Rock Festival 2021 taking place?

Yes, it is. We want to hold a smaller, socially distanced and safe edition of our event.  The festival will take place at Makowice Airfield in northwestern Poland. This time, the members of the audience will be required to buy festival entry passes. The sale of the passes will cover the costs of COVID-19 testing and all additional health & safety measures we will have to undertake to go above and beyond the requirements. The festival remains a free event!

  • How many people can come to Pol'and'Rock 2021?

This year's edition of the festival will have to be smaller. The numbers of the audience might be increased or decreased subject to restriction changes. We will be updating the info with some of the most current updates.

Currently, we can host 20 000 vaccinated participants and 250 people who cannot be vaccinated.

  • Can underage people come to the festival?

Yes, provided that they are accompanied by parents or adult guardians.

  • I still have some questions!

Please send us an e-mail to [email protected]

  • Are there any amenities for disabled?

Please let us know about your needs by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and we will inform you about all the amenities.

  • Who will perform at Pol'and'Rock Festival?

The current line-up is in the works as we write. We are in talks and negotiating with musicians and artists to ensure that this year's edition of the festival is as beautiful and full of great music as ever.

  • I want to buy festival entry passes in second batch!

According to the most recent governmental regulations, the limit of participants in mass events, such as our festival, is limited to 250 people. The number of people who have been vaccinated is not included in the limits. We are in touch with those of you who have already purchased tickets. At this point, we ask you to consider whether you'll be fully vaccinated prior to the festival before purchasing your entry passes or, based on your local vaccination schedule, you will not be able to receive your jab. Please note that this is not the final batch of festival entry passes!

  • Do I have to be vaccinated prior to the festival?

According to the most recent regulations related to the pandemic restrictions in Poland, the limit of participants for events such as concerts and other open-air events is just 250 people. However, fully vaccinated people will not be added to the capacity limits. It means that we are able to host 20 000 participants, provided that they are fully vaccinated. We will require you to present your vaccination certificates. Everyone will be tested for coronavirus regardless of their vaccination.

Please note that there are exceptions to the vaccination obligation:

    • children under the age of 12
    • people who cannot, for medical reasons, be vaccinated
    • our guests from abroad, who have a valid certificate which allows travel but could not (due to vaccination calendars) be vaccinated ahead of the festival.
Health & Safety
  • What COVID-19 safety procedures will be introduced at the festival?

In order to enter the site of the festival, you'll have to purchase a festival entry pass. The cost of the pass will cover the expenses relating to COVID-19 testing and other safety precautions at the festival. Each member of the audience will have to submit to a mandatory COVID-19 test (including those who have already been vaccinated). Festival-goers will also be required to fill in a health questionnaire.

  • My test turned out to be positve, what now?

Unfortunately, those festival-goers whose tests turned out positive, or their health questionnaire raises any concerns, will be refused entry to the site of Pol'and'Rock 2021.

Please note that we will redo the rapid test which turns out to be positive.

  • Is vaccination prior to the festival mandatory?

  • Are facemasks mandatory at the festival site?

It all depends on restrictions in force at the time of the festival.

Festival Entry Passes
  • Why do I have to pay for your festival this year?

Just PLN 49! The price is per person, regardless of the numbers of days you stay at the festival. The sale of entry passes covers the costs of COVID-19 testing and items of personal protection, such as disinfectant liquid and facemasks. The festival remains FREE.

  • What kinds of festival entry passes are available?

One person can buy up to four festival entry passes, each for PLN 49.

If you want to arrive in a car or a camper (we cannot provide water or electricity for your camper vans), you must select a separate parking pass.

  • Are cars and campers allowed at the festival?

You can take your car or camper van to the festival, but in order to park them on the designated parking spots, you'll have to select a special, additional parking pass. Please bear in mind that parking space is limited, so make sure to download one parking pass per car!

We would not be able to provide water and electricity for your camper vans. Camper vans can be left on the campsite, while the cars should remain on designated parking lots.

  • What kids of festival entry passes can I buy?

    There are some exceptions:

    • children under the age of 12
    • people who cannot, for medical reasons, be vaccinated
    • our guests from abroad, who have a valid certificate which allows travel but could not (due to vaccination calendars) be vaccinated ahead of the festival.

Yes, there will be a festival shop on the festival grounds.

  • How to get to the Festival?

  • What facilities are available at the festival?

You will have access to portable toilets and showers.

Please let us know what you need by sending us an e-mail to [email protected] and we will work out how to prepare appropriate facilities.

  • Can I leave the festival site and return?

We encourage you to limit going back and forth from the festival site and back. Each time you want to re-enter the festival site you'll have to undergo testing again. The price of the test remains PLN 49.

This year, for the very first time in our almost 30-year history we had to introduce the limit on the number of the audience and ask festival-goers to buy festival entry passes for the event. The sale of festival entry passes, which are all priced at PLN 49 will cover the costs of COVID-19 tests and all other additional safety measures, such as disinfectant liquids and face masks. Bear in mind that all festival-goers, without any exceptions, would have to submit to rapid coronavirus testing and hand in a specially designed health questionnaire.

will This year's edition of the event will have to be much smaller and socially distanced, but we could not imagine another summer without music under the open skies. We are still working on creating a new line-up for this year's edition of the Most Beautiful Festival in the World, getting in touch with both Polish and international bands.
